Nude photo of 20-year-old Madonna up for sale
Fri Jan 16, 2009
Depending on what the photo actually is, I'd put it through photoshop and make it into a pop art print, then I'd put it up on the living room wall ;)
A 'Lost' season of time shifting, Sawyer ahead
Sat Jan 17, 2009
Yes! I can't wait for the new season to start. Hopefully they'll go easier on the commercials this time around, but I doubt it. Oh well, small price to pay for an awesome show.
Court says individuals have right to own guns
Thu Jun 26, 2008
For once, I agree with the Supreme Court.
Obama rebukes McCain camp on terrorism criticism
Tue Jun 17, 2008
I'm going to have to agree with Obama on this one. The Bush administration squandered perhaps the best opportunity to eradicate al-Qaeda and the Taliban as we know them right after 9/11 when we had the support of the whole world and an almost completely united citizenry.
Obama finds refuge, identity in basketball
Mon Jun 16, 2008
This article (either intentionally or otherwise) validates Black athletic stereotypes, but it is still good publicity for Obama. Basketball is a sport almost entirely dominated by young people.
Obama to visit Iraq, Afghanistan before election
Mon Jun 16, 2008
This is precisely what Senator Obama needs to do in order to strengthen his appeal as a Commander in Chief. To McCain's credit, his more frequent trips to Iraq and Afghanistan and his more publicized meeting with Zebari make him seem like the candidate with better diplomatic credentials.
McCain criticizes Obama's opposition to NAFTA
Sun Jun 15, 2008
This is precisely the kind of public meeting and photo-op Senator Obama needs to have in order to look more like a Commander in Chief. To McCain's credit, his more frequent visits to Iraq and meetings with senior Iraqi officials make him look like he has solid diplomatic credentials.
Karzai: I'll send troops to Pakistan
Sun Jun 15, 2008
I think that's a sound assessment. The coalition in Afghanistan will have way more international credibility than South Africa did with its own anti-insurgent campaigns, which is the closest historical approximation I can think of to a cross-border incursion into Pakistan.
Calif. readies for 'crush' of same-sex weddings
Sat Jun 14, 2008
You are correct, it was not necessary to the main point of my approval of gay marriage. I said it emphasize the point that I, and many other heterosexual people, feel a strong aversion to gay sex practices.

Sun Jun 15, 2008
I could not agree more, Tanya.
